About Us/Contact Us
This site was started by Colin and Jean Zylka as an outgrowth of the sheer numbers of photographs we have taken over the past years on scuba diving adventures. We are both PADI Instructors, with Colin being a PADI Course Director, while Jean is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer. We have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and various islands of the Pacific, enjoying both the underwater environment in itself, as well as capturing images of various marine life, including coral reefs, fish, shipwrecks and other divers. Currently, Colin is shooting with a Nikon D70 inside an Ikelite housing with one or two Ikelite DS125 strobes. Jean prefers the simplicity of an Olympus 5060Z inside an Ikelite housing and one DS125 strobe. We also have in our inventory of photo gear a Nikon N90s with Ikelite housing, an Ikelite 150 strobe, two Nikonos V cameras with 35mm lenses, a 20mm lens along with two SB105 strobes, extension tubes, closeup kit, etc. etc.

About Our Trip Reports
Since we have been to so many places around the world, we enjoy sharing our experiences with others. Many times we are asked about destinations, and can offer some first-hand knowledge of the diving conditions,
dive operators, hotels/resorts, food, logistics, etc. that may help someone plan their next diving adventure. We try to give unbiased reviews of things, and the reader is cautioned to draw their own conclusions. What might seem like “budget” accommodations may be someone else’s five-star hotel. It’s all in how one perceives the value. We certainly encourage anyone to E-mail us with questions about any of our previous adventures.
